It enables the users to easily find the full range of its features. It keeps the users more focused on their work.
As part of the colorful innovations, they included the SmartArt. It lets the users build diagrams and flowcharts with some amazing graphics. It also makes it easier to add text to the illustrations. In the end, the work looks very professional. There is also a new gallery of headers and footers. It gives the users a whole new range of style to choose from. There is also the Shapes gallery, which makes inserting shapes easier.
